Tavenner presides over a meeting of the prosecution staff and alerts members to the fact that Robert Vote has produced a name index of the general summation and the prosecution team should begin to determine which parts of the Defense summation were mis-statements. Other topics discussed include the use of propaganda, how the court would handle arguments and challenges, the validity of summation facts, the meaning of statements and the problem of inference, the compilation of lists regarding mis-statements or erroneous statements and the formation of two committees to "handle the work of organization of material which might be used in reply."
