Robinson submits to the summation committee an analysis of "Material Misstatements of the Law defining the Crime of making Aggressive War, and governing the Defenses of Self-Defense and of Self-Adjudication." He goes into the specific arguments and points the Defense has tried to make in their summation and then points out the contradicting legal cases and citations that refute their claims. Contains notations and mark-up from Tavenner.
