Describes what the defense claimed, including discussions of political assassinations in Japan and Cabinet changes. Suggests that the Minutes of all Privy Council Meetings be examined in light of these claims by the Defense. Informs English that he is writing Mr. Wagner, Chief of the Document Scanning Unit, to ask him to contact English regarding the re-scanning of Privy Council Meeting Meetings not already in evidence.
