Maxon gives all of the information he could find regarding Exhibits 1 through 67, including when and if they were offered, requested, submitted, or entered into evidence. Based on the chronology set out in this document, Maxon concludes that it appears 26 of the exhibits "do not appear, stictly speaking, to be in evidence."
