Tavenner updates Keenan on the progress of the trial and informs him that the Soviet phase will most likely be completed by May 20th. Discusses how the defense was saved from a breakdown due to time taken for the cross-examination. Goes into details regarding the pace of the trial, the need for it to move faster and Tavenner's concerns over the slow pace for the rest of the phases. Again, Tavenner emphasizes the need for Hyde in order to handle the work load and how to address the Attorney General to secure Hyde in Tokyo.
