Requests that further investigation be made into the actual existence of a document, first mentioned in document 536, that indicates a telegram sent by Ribbentrop to Tokyo relates detailes about a conference that Ribbentrop had with Oshima. Oshima insists that such a telegram exists and was passed to OTT.
