Lists diaries that are available to the IPS to use for evidentiary purposes. These diaries include KONOYE, KIDO, Count CIANO, Ambassador NOMURA, Marquis TOKUGAWA, Lt. Gen. KAWAMURA, unknown Japanese military police, KOICHI, TATEKI, USSR Ambassdor to Japan Smetanin, YOSHI, SAOINJI-HARADA. Diaries that only give details of atrocities committed were omitted from the memo.
