Gives summaries of the four exhibits introduced by the Prosecution as evidence in the PANAY and LADYBIRD Incidents. These include the interrogation of Colonel HASHIMOTO, the photostat of the finding of fact of the U. S. Navy Board of Inquiry in connection with the sinking of the U. S. S. PANAY, the "Extracts from the "Inevitability of renovation" by HASHIMOTO and excerpts from the interrogation of HASHIMOTO.
