Informs all of the staff on the prosecution team who are reponsible for interrogating Japanese witnesses and suspected defendants. Emphasizes the importance of concluding the "interrogation of important persons in custody" as soon as possible. Once completed, reports of the interrogations should be made immediately so more assignments can be made.
