Text of interrogation of Staatsrat Wohltat on 25 November 1945 forwarded by the OCCIO. Interrogation was conducted by Paul A. Baran and Sgt. O. W. Perlmutter. Gives background of Wohltat as "an important German official in the field of foreign trade." The result of the interrogation was an informal conversation on Japanese problems due to Wohltat's reluctance to answer specific questions.
