SAIONJI-HARADA Memoirs

Requests that the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff work with the IPS to finish the translation of the SAIONJI-HARADA Memoirs. Acknowledges that the Chief of Staff's office has already done a basic translation and proposes three avenues to finishing the work quickly. In stating his case, Tavenner describes how important the Memoirs, specifically in the areas of Investigative Leads, Cross Examination, and Rebuttal. The Memoirs cover the period up to the dissolution of the Diet in early 1937.
