Letter to Keenan that expresses Oki Mohachi's beliefs that the Class A defendants are to be blamed and punished for the situation Japanese citizens now find themselves in. Recounts the harm and damage down to Japanese citizens, giving examples of actions taken by specific individuals. Describes, in graphic terms, how he would like the criminals to be punished. First two pages are the original Japanese letter written on very thin paper in blue ink.
