Case No. 18 - Sasakawa, Ryoichi. Translation of Memorandum originally sent by Ryoichi Sasakawa. Sasakawa warns of the dangers of overly prosecuting the Japanese in a vindictive trial, asserting that the way would be paved for a third world war. He asks that the United States transfer the power of the Tribunal to a neutral power.
