To members of the staff to whom accused have been assigned. Note at top states "Preparations Relating to Defense Individual Summations Will Be the Subject of Subsequent Instructions. " Tavenner reiterates previous instructions regarding a study of the general summation, Sections F to M inclusive. He then informs the staff that a special group has checked the general summations for errors of citations, but not for false or misleading arguments. While Mr. Horwitz will use the reports prepare by the special group for the purpose of recommending points that should be answered from the standpoint of conspiracy charges, Tavenner requests that staff members use these reports for their recommendations regarding their assigned accused individual.
