Synopsis of Evidence to support charges: Affidavits of Ito, Kishi, Matake, Oda. h. Anticipated place of trial: Yokohama. i. Other information that might assist in apprehension of desired person: Now being held in protective custody by Fukuoka Branch Office, Investigative Division, Legal Section. j. This Division presently has charges /being prepared, subject to amendment, and sufficient supporting evidence to constitute a prima facie case against this man.
