Statement of Murata - 6 Jan 1947 (420) Oki, of the War Department Legal Section, was an acquaintance of Murata and was his instructor at Military School. Murata states it must have been Oki with whom Sato talked to over the telephone at the War Dept, who stated that all records of Prisoners of War were burned. On 28 - 29 December Murata walked in and Oki questioned him as to the 20 August execution. |
