Submitted by Oki (Seibu A Hq) to the War Ministry re death of 16 American flyers who died in the crash?

Investigation report by Maj. MAKATANI of the Gen. Affairs Section and Maj. TSUTSUMI of the Foreign-Affairs Section could not be found. Documents of the Judicial Depart­ment added nothing.

On 8 March (1946?) Lt. Col. YANASE of the Seibu KT stated that Maj. Seijuro ONO of the training unit of the Seibu KT conducted the investigation of crew members, but he believed the documents were destroyed in the 19th June raid. The chart here annexed was prepared by Col. TAKATA (Seibu KT Chief)

Col. Teibun TAKATA on 13 Mar (46?) submitted memoranda as to the KT connexion.
