Synopsis of Charges presently prepared, subject to amendment, against subject Suspected War Criminal: Knowingly served and ate human liver of American Prisoner of War g. Synopsis of Evidence to support charges: Affidavits of Ito, Kishi, Matake, Oda. h. Anticipated place of trial: Yokohama. i. Other information that might assist in apprehension of desired person: j.
