Reports on the charges against Major Yaichi Rikitake, the most atrocities attributed to a single Japanese prisoner of war camp commander. He was accused of being responsible for 150 Allied captive deaths. Describes some of the conditions and actions committed at camp No. 3 at Fukuoka where Rikitake was commander. Also indicates the joint trial request for Kimura, Tsuda, Omoi, Minemoto, and Ichibq to be tried in Yokohama. The prosecutors for the joint trial will be Capt. Robert D. Bascom and 1st Lt. Angelo M. D'Angelo.
