Statement of Torisu 420, 26 Apr. 47 - Sato announced to W prior that D would do operation with him. At 1st operation, D administered injection, acted as main assistant in resection of right lung. Ishiyama and Komori ruptured wound, Prisoner died. 2nd Prisoner was then operated on as to resection of upper lobe of right lung. On 2nd day, D phoned PW was on way for operation, and D was principle assistant in liber resection. Sato and D that night gave party for medics. In Feb. 46, Sato told W if disclosed operations would be blamed singularly on D. At time of 2nd Prisoner died, D said "the corpse will be settled here. |
