Dates and places of service: 1945. e. Home address (if known): Fukuoka-Ken, Mii-gu, Nikuni-Muca, Cho Cho, number 1151 f. Synopsis of Charges presently prepared, subject to amendment, against subject Suspected War Criminal: Adjutant Section responsible for custody of American Prisoners of War. Some 40 Prisoners were removed to be killed. No records kept. g. Synopsis of Evidence to support charges: Affidavits of accused, Yoshimura, Nakamura, Goiyama describe his status and duties. h. Anticipated place of trial: Yokohama. i. Other information that might assist in apprehension of desired person: Now being held in protective custody by Fukuoka Branch Office, Investigation Division, Legal Section. j.
