Enatsu was formerly a Kempetai Major and Is alleged to have advised Yamanaka that all crew members of Lt. Watkins* plane were killed at KIU. [Marginal Comment: denies]

In “undeveloped leads" it is suggested that Enatsu had knowledge of the handling of all prisoners at Western Army Hospital.

Statement of Sato. 

Enatsu was present at the Legal Section meeting in which the question of sentencing fliers to death was discussed. Ito ordered Enatsu to request the Kempetai to make an investigation. All participants agreed on the Hiroshima alibi. [Marginal Comment: denies, in general, but there ---- meeting with 15, SO Wako]
