Evidence: Tatsuo ITEZONO'S testimony PP-122, while describing execution on or about 10 August 1945, "Then EGUCHI with a single downward stroke of his samurai sword, half severed the flyer's head". Takashi OHTSUKI, former Prob. Officer, U A , testimony, PP-32, when questioned about the 10 August 1945 execution stated: "TOMOMORI said he will give whiskey to all of the executioners (after the execution was finished) I noticed that EGUCHI..................., were among the persons that went to where TOMOMORI........... were and received whiskey."
