Synopsis of Charges presently prepared, subject to amendment, against subject Suspected War Criminal: Knowingly ate liver of American Prisoner who had been killed by vivisection g. Synopsis of Evidence to support charges: Oda and Ito state that Sasaki was present and knowingly ate the liver; Ogawa and Shinno state that he was present but that no liver was served. h. Anticipated place of trial: Yokohama. i. Other information that might assist in apprehension of desired person: Now being held in protective custody by Fukuoka Branch Office, Investigative Division, Legal Section. j. This Division presently has charges /being prepared, subject to amendment, and sufficient supporting evidence to constitute a prima facie case against this man.
