Petition related the petitioners ere classmates of Keiko Sato, daughter of Sato, and states that Sato could not have done anything bad, since the father of such a tender daughter.

Sato was b o m one of many children of a poor blacksmith, worked hard and was successful. Wrote poem to a home friend in a letter, which the petitioners interpret as his believing that he will be home soon, working for a democratic Japan.
