Statement of Nakao 420, 26 Apr 47
Certain that he talked with Prisoner when he was at Western Army Prison. About end of May 1945, Komori told D that Sato said for him to go to KIU Hospital and serve as interpreter for 2 Prisoners who were being taken to the Hospital for experimental operations. This conversation with Plambeck took place at the hospital, who was apparently in good health. While in waiting room Prisoner was given an injection in his arm. Heard later, probably fy Komori, that Prisoner was operated on.

Plambeck one of 8 flyers sent to KIU. Recalls seeing him at WA Hdqs. Remembers the name; was one of 16-17 brought into headquarters in earlier part of May. Name of Prisoner had check mark, with 7 others on roster as those sent to KIU. Believes he was in 2nd or 4th group.
