See OTSUKA.
On the morning of 11 August "Ohtsuki" had a 30 inch arrow in his hand at Aburayama, a two foot cross bow and about 15 arrows near him. He cut about 10 inches off the arrows and said he would use bow that day. (he was in charge of guerilla bow and arrow training).
On the eighth prisoner "Ohtsuki" 10 feet away, struck the prisoner with the arrow above the left eyebrow, which arrow fell to the ground; he missed with the second arrow, at which time he was told to stop.
