Statement of Koga (7-9 July 1947) When Koga left 28 April 1945, the Adjutant Section roster was as follows:

W.O. Oguri - assistant to the Senior Adjutant in matters pertaining to Officers' Administration, was perhaps in charge of the motor pool while Hori was sick, since he was quite often sick in 1945.

In early 1946 Oguri told Koga that about 30 WAH PWs were executed and that some of the Prisoners were operated on at KIU.

About
Nobuo Oguri

Statement of Minami (2 July 1947) In late April or early May 1945, Minami sent out a truck to pick up some PWs by order of Koga. Actually, Minami was not in charge of the Motor Pool at that time, since a 2nd Lt. Oguri took his place in mid March 1945. Oguri must not have been there this time in late April or early May when Minami dispatched a truck to Hakata Station to pick up PWs.
