h. Anticipated place of trial: Yokohama.
i. Other information that might assist in apprehension of desired person: Attached to First Surgery Clinic, Kyushu Imperial University Medical College, Fukuoka City, Kyushu
j. This Division presently has charges /being prepared, subject to amendment, and sufficient supporting evidence to constitute a prima facie case against this man.
