Statement of Sato
In 1943 the Minister of Education issued an order directing that "the (?) " Imperial University Hospital conduct vivisection experiments upon survivors of American planes and subs and upon all Chinese POWs.
According to a question posed by Major Barnard Sato claims he never saw the order.
