Statement of Yoshimura (16-28 June 1947) Personnel of WA Medical Section. Maj. Maeda— arrived WA Medical Section about Feb. 45, did some of con­tagious diseases prevention.

In Feb.45 defense plan formulated for Kyushd invasion; headquarters di­vided into Administration factionand Operations faction. In adminis­tration faction were Maj. Honjo - chief, Maj. Maeda, Maj. Kubo, 1st Lt. Ikeda, 1st Lt. Maekawa.

Statement of Yamasaki (420, 9 June 1947) At Western Army Medical Section. Maj. Maeda - perhaps medical education.

Statement of Tsurumaru (20-25 May 1947) Maj. Maeda was in charge of TB control and physical exams of personnel.
