Statement of Tsuchiya (420, 16 May 47) July 1945 succeeded in making blood substitute— worked on since February. Linn, a Formosan, Inouye, Inokuchi, Miyakoshi and 3-4 others of medical department worked on it. Linn returned to Taiwan.

Statement of Tsuchiya (420, 9 June 1947) Besides Tomoda, Linn, a Formosan at the medioal department, Inouye, Inokuchi, Miyakoshi took port in blood substitute project. Linn has returned to Taiwan.
In February 1945 Linn, Inouye, and Miyakoshi were working on blood substitute.
Tsuchiya doesn't believe that Taiwan MD, Linn, had any connextion with Ishiyama.
