SUBJECT: Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

TO: Criminal Registry Division Legal Section.

1. Request that the following named person be apprehended and interned in prison for trial as a Suspected War Criminal:

a. Name: KUBO, TOSHIYUKI

b. Rank or Title: Civilian Medical Member of First Surgery Clinic, Kyushu Imperial University Medical College. 

c. Units to which attached: 

d. Dates and places of service: August 1944 - March 1946 Fukuoka City, Kyushu

e. Home address (if known): Fukuoku-Shi, Yo-Ha-No-Cho    #16

f. Synopsis of Charges presently prepared, subject to amendment, against subject Suspected War Criminal: A participant in killings by vivisecting of American flyers at Kyushu Imperial University.

g. Synopsis of Evidence to support charges: Statements of accused and co-participants

h. Anticipated place of trial: Yokohama.

i. Other information that might assist in apprehension of desired person: Presently employed at Teishin Hospital

j. This Division presently has charges /being prepared, subject to amendment, and sufficient supporting evidence to constitute a prima facie case against this man.
