Seiji KIKKAWA swears he was drafted in late May 45 as civilian of Chugoku Demob, (l Dec 45— 14 Jul 47) the following document sent to KAWANISHI of Chugoku Demob, who sent it to the Vice Minister of the 1st Demob.:

41 Allied personnel plus at least 8 others died in Chugoku area, lists several, then states 21 as killed in atomic bomb, lists some, then groups as transferred from Western Army on 31 Jul 45, 9 persons, naming Fredwicks (Frederick). Blanbeck (PLAMBECK), Sgt. T. Lolocker (PONCZKA?), Kolehor (COLEHOWER), WILLIAMS, Kuzanik (CZARNECKl), Capt. NELSON, and others.
