Kameyama, an Intelligence Officer of Western Army Hqs. from 15 June 1945 until the surrender. Yamanaka alleges that he overheard Kameyama or Capt. Sakura order Aihara to have prisoners stop off at Hiroshima at Second Central Army Hqs.
