Lists the updated totals of individuals, by nationality, held at The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Also lists the number of authorized absences. The bottom of the memo contains detailed information regarding individuals recently arrived at the facility. During World War II, the U. S. State Department and FBI held foreign diplomats and their families while negotiations proceeded with the Axis powers for their exchange. The facility also served as a war hospital.
