Statement of Ohtsuki (24 Mar-8 Apr 47). Ohtsuki's immediate superior Officer was Gapt Yoshio Kishimoto,

Guerilla Unit: Under Yakiimaru, Itezono was in command. Under him Capt, Kishimoto.

9th or 10th August; about noon on prior day Itezono came to the Guerilla Unit Office, located Hq Bldg., on 2nd Floor next to Adjutant Section. About 3 persons were in the office, Kishimoto, Ohtsuki and a girl clerk, Itezono told Kishimoto that the Staff Section was going to kill the Prisoners the next day.

Ohtsuki asked Kishimoto if a military committee had sentenced the Prisoners lobe executed. Kishimoto did not say, but said that h- thought that the high ranking Staff Officers had conferred and decided to execute the Prisoners giving the impression that the flyers were not tried by military committee.

About 0900 the next morning, Itezono entered the Guerilla Unit Office where Kishimoto and Ohtsuki were present, said they were ready to go to the execution of the Prisoners and told Ohtsuki to take a bow and arrows and participate in the execution.

Ohtsuki Was told by Itezono that he would participate, got a how and about 15 arrows, Itezono told him to hurry to the truck, Kishimoto handed Ohtsuki his earners, told him to take a picture if he made a good hit, but Ohtsuki said he didn’t know how to Operate a earners.

Kishimoto told Ohtsuki that Itezono while not actually a Staff Officer, was the Acting Staff Officer in charge of the Guerilla Units for WA. He was billeted with the WAH Staff Officers.

The first group of about 25 Probationary Officers from Kakano Intelligence School were being trained at WAH, under Itezono, Kishimoto and Suetsugu.

Ohtsuki arrived back from the executions of 9th or 10th August, about 1230 or 1240. Kishimoto asked "How was it?" on Ohtsuki's return. He (O̶h̶t̶s̶u̶k̶i̶  Kishimoto) had not gone.

Statement of Yakimaru (IS Aug 47). After the termination of the War, about 15 August, about 15 Prisoners were executed. Itezono, Kishimoto and Sgt. Maj. Kondc were responsible to dispose of the articles belonging to the Prisoners, dumped them in the sea, including 2 or 3 wrist watches, 4 or 5 rings, 5 or 6 wallets, eye glasses, about 20 pistols and 100 rounds of ammun., parachutes,life preserver raft, comp'asses, 5 or 6 bayonets.
