Home address (if known): Kagoshima-Ken, Aira-gun, Yokokawa-Machi, Nakanoshin Machi f. Synopsis of Charges presently prepared, being subject to amendment, against subject Suspected War Criminal: Unlawfully decapitated one or more American Flyers at Western Army Headquarters on 20 June 1945. g. Synopsis of Evidence to support charges: Confession and supporting statements. h. Anticipated place of trial: Yokohama, Japan i. Other information that might assist in apprehension of desired person: (As pf this date, the Fukuoka Investigation Branch has found the accused and obtained his confession, his part having been known, but not his identity.) j.
